1987
Moon Beverages is established as the group’s beverage flagship.
1994
Moon Beverages becomes an authorised Coca-Cola bottler.

The group enters offshore oil and gas services through HAL Offshore.
2006
The group expands its commitment to professional education.
2013
The Greater Noida beverage facility is inaugurated.
